He currently serves as the Chief Operating & Product Officer of Nexus A.I., where he played a vital role in developing the company's innovative SaaS workforce planning platform. Frank's leadership has enabled Nexus A.I. to grow rapidly, securing its first enterprise customer within one year of the MVP's launch.

Prior to Nexus A.I., Frank co-founded Intersect Illinois, where he aided in 501c3 incorporation, fundraising, and commercial responsibilities like brand identity development.
