Bruce Preble is a seasoned commercial real estate broker and investment professional with over 30 years of industry experience. He has an extensive background in NNN leaseback investments, business enterprises, leasing and brokerage, tenant representation, land acquisition, and consulting. Bruce is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and was recognized as a Power Broker by CoStar, a prestigious award recognizing excellence in the commercial real estate industry. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of NAR (National Association of Realtors).

Bruce attended the University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School of Business and earned his MBA in Marketing and Strategic Planning. He also holds a BS in Engineering Physics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MS in Nuclear Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University's College of Engineering. Additionally, Bruce has completed his certification in Fine and Decorative Arts at The George Washington University and is a certified Commercial Investment Member, specializing in commercial real estate development, acquisition, divestiture, and leasing.

Over the years, Bruce has held a variety of positions, including Broker Associate at Welsh Companies Florida, Managing Partner of TMA International, and Associate at Booz, Allen & Hamilton. He is the former Regional Senior Advisor at American Street Capital, former Broker/Owner of Commercial Realty Specialists LLC and Creighton Realty LLC, former Silver Director at Trump Network, former Broker/Owner of Rembrandt Realty LLC, former Managing Member of Baja Foods LLC, former Vice President - Lee County at Welsh Companies Florida Inc., former President of East West Fine Arts, and former Senior Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company.

Bruce has participated in a range of professional organizations, such as the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Economic Development Council of Collier County, and the Real Estate Investment Society (Lee County). He has also held positions on the Bayshore-Triangle Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and the real estate tax Value Assessment Board in Collier County.
