Sara Josselyn

Sara Josselyn is an accomplished corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. She completed her LL.B. and LL.M. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and her Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto - University of Trinity College. Additionally, Josselyn studied at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle (Paris III), where she earned her Certificat de langue et civilisation française.

Josselyn is a partner at Miller Thomson LLP and has previously worked as a seconded legal counsel at a Global Fortune 500 Corporation and as a corporate/commercial and M&A lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright. She served as an instructor of healthcare law at Dalhousie University and worked as a corporate/commercial lawyer at McInnes Cooper.
