Charles Langley is a solid waste management expert with over 18 years of industry experience. He has spent 16 of those years in a supervisory role, gaining extensive knowledge of equipment, practices, and procedures related to solid waste management. Charles is well-versed in various management techniques, including strategic planning and department organization. He is also well-versed in federal, state, and local regulatory solid waste disposal compliance.

Charles is particularly skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other employees, customers, representatives from other agencies, vendors, and the general public. He has also excelled in supervising, inspecting, training, mentoring, coaching, and evaluating the work of solid waste field personnel. Additionally, Charles is an expert in safety training, accident and injury investigation, and job analysis.

Charles earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University and an Associate’s Degree in Electronics and Computer Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology. He studied Industrial Electronics in high school at Skyline High School.

Previously, Charles served as a Field Operations Supervisor at the City of Dallas.
