Allegra Fletcher

Meet Allegra Fletcher, an accomplished educator, artist, and advocate with a passion for social justice. She holds a Master of Theological Studies in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Boston University, a Master of Education in Arts in Education from Harvard University Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Language and Literature from Bryn Mawr College, where she graduated with honors distinction. Her expertise includes decolonizing spirituality, knowledge production, and creative/cultural production, which has led her to explore different cultures, languages, and their impact on society.

With a deep commitment to empower others, Allegra has worked with various organizations throughout her career, including Arts Connect International, Agassiz Baldwin Community, and the Bryn Mawr College Office of Student Life, among others. Her roles have ranged from Executive Director to Lead Host, Programming Fellow, Interfaith Coordinator, and Italian and English Teacher. Allegra's leadership and talent have even earned her a Graduate Teaching Fellowship at Harvard University Graduate School of Education, where she has made a significant impact.
