Roger Roman is a multifaceted entrepreneur with a passion for investing and developing tech companies. An alumnus of Howard University, he studied English and African-American/Black Studies. He is a co-founder of AfriBlocks, an innovative platform that connects businesses with talented African freelancers. Previously, he was a venture partner at Republic, a VC scout at Score 3 Ventures, and an investor at Streamlytics and Fleeting. Rythm Labs benefited from his experience as a board member, and he was CEO of Grolo. He also advises emerging companies, including DigiGlo and Doppels. His experience extends beyond tech companies to include work as a reporter and as executive director of M.A.A.D. Skillz.
