Benjamin Qiu is an accomplished attorney, specialized in the areas of venture financing, IP asset development, and technology protection & licensing. Benjamin studied his J.D. at Santa Clara University School of Law and B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Biology at Webster University. Before his current position, Benjamin served as general counsel and fund director for a leading VC firm investing in China-focused software and internet companies. He has extensive experience in corporate governance, IP portfolios, technology licensing, and corporate due diligence. Benjamin is an arbitrator at the High-Tech and Intellectual Property Arbitration Center at South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, a former partner at Loeb & Loeb LLP, and has held several other legal positions in his career.
