Michael Darby, an accredited Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), is the Founder of Quantum United Management, an owners corporation management and consulting company. Darby's commitment to building sustainable & innovative developments has made Quantum the sole specialist 'Community' partner in the EnviroDevelopment accreditation program, established and offered by the UDIA (Urban Development Institute of Australia) to assist developers in building sustainable communities.
