Erin Schaeferle is an accomplished event sales and production professional with over ten years of experience in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry. She holds an Associate's Degree in culinary arts from the Florida Culinary Institute and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Florida. Erin's passion for the industry has led her to work on an extensive range of events throughout her career, from intimate weddings to large-scale tech conferences.
Currently, Erin is the Private Events Program Leader for the Swedish American Hall + Cafe Du Nord, an iconic San Francisco landmark built-in 1907. She is responsible for leading the private events program, leveraging her vast experience in the events industry to execute successful events of all sizes.
Before this, Erin was the Sales and Operations Manager at Swedish American Hall + Cafe Du Nord and the Senior Event Sales Coordinator at Bi-Rite Family of Businesses. Her previous roles include Operations Manager at Teance Fine Teas, Executive Assistant at Chef's Garden Catering, and Kitchen Manager at Sugar Chef Inc., amongst others.
