I managed three products from the Barclaycard Commercial Payments product suite.
My role involved, managing the products across their product life cycle – from product strategy, partnering on development, launch, marketing collateral to product optimisation. In addition, I worked closely with the Sales and Account Development community to help built awareness of the products and services while supporting all sales activities.

My current role as a Client Implementation Manager, I project managed and implement commercial card solutions for Barclaycard Global Commercial Payments’ My position requires me to work with major blue chip corporate clients and large multinational clients. While providing guidance, best practice and project leadership during the project life cycle. During most during projects I manage clients unique, unusual and complex requirements whilst working closely with Barclaycard's New Business and Account Development Managers. while ensuring a seamless implementation for a smooth transition to barclaycard products and platforms which includes managing and monitor increased card turnover
Apart from my Client Implementation Roll, I have worked on a number of internal project. Working with our product (Card and Digital team), process change management team and third party suppliers. As part of these projects I was one of the team that delivered Internal changes to existing card products, delivered new products to the market (Visa Fuel+ Cards) and I worked with third party providers. Where I designed, developed and implemented a number of processes and documentation to support the processes. To name a few; Engagement processes, Implementation processes (customer and Third Party Supplies) and streamlined or re-engineered a large number document to support both customers and colleagues

My job role at icontrol involved the follow key responsibility. Following up new sales leads, Sales, and product presentations. Liaising with key stakeholder with in the business including directors and senior developers and programmers on new product development ideas and concepts. This also included new version product testing and report back to developers on issues before new version of the product is release.
