Simon Smart is a highly skilled management professional in various industries such as Cruise, eCommerce, Travel insurance, Hospitality, Medical, and Education sectors. With extensive experience in operational management, financial management, and new business development, he is a self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven individual who is capable of working independently or as part of a team. Simon is also an excellent communicator with first-class interpersonal skills, recognized as a high-impact decision-maker, persuasive presenter, C-level communicator, and contract negotiator.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Decision Analysis and Business, with a 2:1 from the University of Chester. He has worked with Keel Over Ltd as the UK Director.

When Simon is not working, he enjoys traveling, and his favorite place in the world is Istanbul, Turkey. Simon has previously worked outside of the UK in places such as Antigua, Bermuda, the Bahamas, the USA, Russia, and the former Yugoslavia, but always loves to come home to Bristol.
