Her work at Icarus involves evaluation, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and research across fields like social capital, health and social care, child and family services, and the environmental sector.

Helen Bovey ensures that all voices are heard in decision-making processes by designing inclusive and participatory strategies.

Prior to establishing Icarus Collective, Helen held roles at institutions like Losehill Hall, Derbyshire Rural Community Council, and Kent Rural Community Council.
