Christine Caldwell
Christine Caldwell is an accomplished nonprofit leader and strategic planner with a focus on equity work and corporate social responsibility. With her skills in group facilitation and program development, she excels at synthesizing a unified vision and charting a clear path forward for nonprofit organizations. Her extensive background includes work throughout the U.S. and internationally, allowing her to understand a broad range of organizational visions and styles.
Chris brings a calm, compassionate, and honest approach to her work, enabling her to support individuals and teams in meeting their most pressing challenges. She holds both an MA in Speech Communication from Miami University and a BA in Speech Communication and Political Science from the University of Denver.
Before joining Catalysis LLC as president, Chris held several roles, including executive director of ScienceWorks Hands-On Museum and director of marketing and public relations for the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts. She also worked as an adjunct faculty member at DePauw University.
