Marco Rodrigues is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A, securities, insurance, and procurement matters. He currently serves as the Vice-President of Finance - Legal at SNC-Lavalin, where he oversees critical transactions and advises the global executive leadership team. With a strong background in Canadian, US, English, and UAE/GCC legal systems, Marco has equally acquired a wealth of experience across North/Sub Saharan Africa and Europe. He's also fluent in English, French, Portuguese (native), and Spanish. Before joining SNC-Lavalin, Marco was a Partner at a large Canadian law firm, where he gained insights into complex legal transactions. He equally spent six years in Dubai (2008-2014), where he practiced at a Magic Circle law firm and headed the MEA finance practice at a top-tier US law firm. Marco studied Law at both the Université de Montréal and Université de Sherbrooke.
