My role consisted of overall product architecture consisting of of discovering, drafting, designing, and supporting the development of customer-centric mobile financial services for the telecommunication company Ooredoo, operating in 12 countries in the Middle East & Asia. Second was owner of 7 both financial & and non-financial product journeys. We defined and prepared 50 features for our 24-month vision covering their 120 million customer base.

In a highly regulated environment, we designed, tested, and developed eighteen MVP features, 64 use cases, and prepared apps for 4 countries (Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Iraq), and effectively collaborated with multiple stakeholders throughout the process, including:  

-	The Creative Dock Ooredoo team (Designers, UX/UI, Data team, Go-to-Market team, FE&BE Devs); Creative Dock Stakeholders (Management, Innovation team, Marketing studio); Roland Berger (Market, Legal & Regulatory); Huawei (Fintech platform provider); Several 3rd party providers (settlement bank, international remittance, etc.); Ooredoo OpCo (Operational centers in each country); Ooredoo stakeholders (Management, Marketing team, Compliance, etc.);

I created an innovative "International Money Transfer" journey that is expected to set a new market standard for fast and efficient global money transfers.

My contribution to the project from the ground up was essential to its successful approval by the Ooredoo Board & Management. Now in the stage of technical integration with many 3rd party providers, procurement, and compliance applications are in progress. 

Additional responsibilities:
- Overseeing the overall design, behavior, engagement, new journey development, and app strategy across all 3 apps (Users, Merchants, Family wallets)

Responsible for the product side of Design & Testing for client Ooredoo, one of the biggest telco operators in the Middle East with 100m+ customers in 12 countries.

We have created 6 product propositions with complete feasibility, vision, roadmap, and strategy, out of which 3 were picked, 2 were approved for a later stage and only 1 discarded. 
The first phase of the project was successful and moved to MVP.

Helping with comprehensive RfP (request for proposal), evaluation of vendors, and scorings from the product side for the new financial platform on which our product & company will be built.
