Nancy Hubbard is an accomplished academic and management consultant known for her expertise in collaboration, acquisitions, and alliances. She also specializes in international expansion, sustainability management, human resources, and organizational behavior. Nancy received her DPhil from the prestigious Said Business School at the University of Oxford and her BSc in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
Nancy has held various high-level positions, including Dean of the College of Business at the University of Lynchburg, International Professor at Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management, and Director for the Center of Professional Studies and Miriam Katowitz Endowed Chair in Management at Goucher College. She has also served on the board of American National Bank and Trust Company.
As a Faculty Athletic Representative at Lynchburg, Nancy is involved in shaping programs and policies that support student-athletes. She has extensive experience in higher education strategy, curriculum development, and budget management.
