Ondrej Pilecky is a seasoned veteran in the banking industry with over 15 years of experience in Treasury/ALM and Risk Management. He holds an Ing in Banking, Financial Markets, and Monetary Economics from the University of Economics in Prague, Faculty of Finance and Accounting. Prior to that, he studied Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at Grammar School Postupická.

Ondrej Pilecky has held various leadership positions in well-regarded international and local organizations. He was the Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Equa bank a.s. He had previously served as the Head of ALM / Treasury at Sberbank CZ and was responsible for ALM Controlling Competence Center for Sberbank Europe Group at Sberbank CZ. Ondrej had also served as the Deputy Head of ALM & Strategic Planning at Raiffeisenbank CZ, Senior ALM Market Risk Specialist at ING Bank N.V., and Deputy Treasurer at GE Money Bank. Prior to that, he was an Asset & Liability Management Senior Specialist at eBanka, which is a member of PPF group, and a Broker Assistant at GAUDEA a.s.

Ondrej Pilecky's diverse experience has enabled him to gain a comprehensive understanding of the banking sector, become an expert in banking regulations, and develop unique strategies for managing risks.
