Victor Pineiro is an accomplished content strategist, social media expert, and creative director with years of invaluable experience in the world of advertising and marketing. A graduate of Swarthmore College, where he studied English Language and Literature, General, and Bank Street College of Education, where he earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Education, Victor has worked with renowned companies such as HBO, Big Spaceship, Vice Media, and more. At Big Spaceship, he kick-started and led the social/content practice in a role that spanned a decade, morphing the agency into many industry awards including being MediaPost and The Shorty Awards' Social agency of the Year. Notably, Victor brought Skittles to social media, revolutionizing the way products are created and marketed at Hasbro, grew YouTube as a brand, and partnered with brands such as Google, JetBlue, Starbucks, Samsung Mobile, Sonos, and many others to establish and develop their campaigns, content, and social media strategy. He has written and produced numerous pieces, including a documentary film called Second Skin, which he wrote, produced and marketed. Victor's extensive expertise in modern fandom, community dynamics, behaviors that emerge on specialized platforms, and writing have made him a respected and sought-after industry expert. Currently, Victor is working at HBO Max as a content strategy consultant, continuing to make his mark in the media world.
