Laurent Vonderweidt is a Senior Manager in the Advisory IT Financial Services department at KPMG, with an extensive background in IT and organizational projects in the banking and insurance industries. With over 10 years of experience in advisory companies, he has developed expertise in IT transformation, project management, change management, and process management. He has participated in many IT implementation and transformation projects, notably working as a project manager on IT and organization transformation engagements, solution benchmarks, and change management engagements. Laurent plays an active role in contributing to the development of KPMG service offerings, including digital labor & intelligent automation, CIO advisory, and IT TOM definition. A Montpellier Business School graduate, Laurent also earned an MBA in Management from Universidad Católica de Córdoba.
