CJ is an expert in alternative real estate assets, media IP, esports, early stage venture capital, and consumer packaged goods. He has led notable projects such as the first individual commercial real estate property to go public through an IPO, the development of the first Free Trade Zone in the US, and the creation and disposition of the $400MM Noyack Medical healthcare real estate portfolio. CJ serves as a Board member for Golden Seeds, an investment group focused on female-founded companies, as well as several arts institutions and philanthropies in New York and Los Angeles.
