Senior UI / UX Designer

Intermediate support to help organize and centralize 35 to 40 web and mobile app projects. Created a more agile approach, supported time/resource allocation, and created instructional documentation. 

This helped standardize project locations, status updates, and task communication. Projects included the rebranding and development of the central websites, mobile optimization, FCC and related compliances, campaigns, eCommerce, mobile apps and other company-related initiatives. 

•	Interfaced with several departments and several remote full-time project managers
•	Successfully managed or interfaced with over 30 projects simultaneously on multiple platforms
•	Developed partial agile workflow system with instructional documentation
•	Supported device testing for initiatives

On this project, brands and exclusive events with prize systems were driven through Microsites, Mobile version optimized sites, Online Video, iPhone Apps, Android Apps, and Windows Mobile. Short run campaigns for current and new brands of candy consisted of millions of participants. They also incorporated standard social media tools with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other social avenues.

•	Worked with five different vendors simultaneously, both local and remote, to manage three Wrigley’s projects
•	Developed detailed UX documents, SOWs, project plans, and client-facing timelines
•	Developed detailed UX (User Experience) documents, SOWs (Statement of Work), Project Plans, and client facing Timelines.

•	Managed four Chick-fil-A-related projects simultaneously, including the 3.0 Chick-fil-A website and the successful reservation campaigns for new and existing product launches
•	Seamlessly integrated multiple external and internal teams

The 3.0 Chick-fil-A website was designed on a Microsoft.Net platform, using HTML5, with social media tools such as customer stories, events, and new product info that worked with an internal content management system that extended to Facebook, Twitter and other social avenues. 

Chick-fil-A Reservations are local market level and chain-wide events that promote unique events, existing and new product awareness that regularly increases bottom line sales and profits. The main focus is to connect to the audience in a personal fashion. Reservations programs work along with other social media platforms and traditional advertising methods to create fun and memorable customer experiences for up to millions of individuals per campaign.

Managed and worked directly with a highly skilled group to create and architect turnkey customized solutions for various worldwide and fortune 500 clients. Achievements include customized CMS platform and their database design for Coca-Cola Enterprises website and numerous Coca-Cola related interactive projects. 

With the development of the Coca-Cola Enterprises website I worked directly as a liaison between the design team and client executives to manage the develop documentation and architectural structure for the system. This included the front end CSS implementation and Flash design and ActionScript3 with Microsoft .ASP and programmed from the ground up a custom content management system driven by MySQL that exceeded the needs and wants of the executive board. The new system also integrated into several other previous existing systems and with other vendors in one easy and uniform design which won a prestigious Webby Nomination.
