Febyan has a preference for hands-on, real-world learning experiences, which has led him to travel extensively while working in several capacities, such as an investment consulting intern at Credit Suisse, a global marketing intern at Tent Schools International, a marketing analyst intern at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education, and an investor relations intern at PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk. His most memorable experiences include visiting rural villages in Indonesia's less developed islands and regions to collect market information and product feedback as a means of primary research and live data connection feedback for the Arwana Ceramic Tiles marketing team.

As an aspiring leader, Febyan has attended several leadership, financial investment, and wealth management training, including Credit Suisse's Young Investor Program and UBS' LEADS series. He is well equipped to contribute positively in a team setting, both as a member and leader.

Febyan has a keen interest in marine biology and ecological sustainability, demonstrated through his certification as a seasoned rescue driver and participation in several diving expeditions, such as joining Indonesia's Army for a diving expedition in the Maluku region and Banda Island, led by Maj. General Syafrudin Hatta in 2011.
