David Shechtman, MSOD, PCC
David Shechtman is a highly experienced executive coach and consultant, with more than two decades in the industry. He specializes in deep change management, helping CEOs, high-potential leaders, and sales professionals overcome the complexities and obstacles of organizational transformation. He has worked with a wide range of companies, including Slack, Electronic Arts, Northwestern Mutual, and Entrepreneurs' Organization. David's coaching expertise comes from in-depth studies of behavior change theories, including Joseph Campbell's Hero's Journey construct. He is a regular presenter at the Organization Development Network's annual conference and has also given a TEDx talk on the topic of learning from adversity.
David holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a PCC certification from the International Coach Federation. He has also taught Organization and Strategy Consulting at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.
David's passion for coaching and consulting began early in his career, starting from Senior Technology Trainer at McGraw-Hill, then Corporate Intranet Developer at Western Wireless. He later founded and presided over Tru Progress Consulting before becoming a Partner and Coach Trainer at Evolution. His varied experiences have shaped his unique skill set, allowing him to quickly cut through the complexities and fears that executives face during times of change.
