Event & Festival Operations

While the founder was getting her master's degree in Ireland, I juggled marketing, speaker relations, accounting, minion management, timelines, PowerPoints, and TARDIS boxes.  Then 2-3 times a month put on something nice and walk onstage to welcome folks, lead trivia, introduce speakers, and lead Q&A.  13 Months.28 Events.31 Scientists & 3 Musicians.4 Theaters.8851 Attendees.281 Trivia Questions.  15 Volunteers.Many pints of beer.

Coordinated speakers, vendors, and guests through the set up, execution, and break down of personal and professional events within the Jean Vollum Natural Capital Center and The Foundry Building at the Redd on Salmon Street.Ecotrust Events operates historical venues in flexible warehouse spaces where inclusivity, food, art, nature, and architecture comes together to create rich sensory experiences.
