Shalini Nandan-Singh is a dual citizen of Australia and Fiji who is living her dream of working differently from the traditional legal practice. She is an entrepreneur who is passionate about helping small business and micro start-ups. Shalini founded Legally Shalini in 2016 to provide quality but simplified documents and ongoing legal coaching and mentoring help to small businesses. She loves helping online solopreneurs who are coaches, consultants, therapists, travel agents, educators, virtual assistants, online business managers, and the like. Shalini offers customized business terms and conditions, policies, and contracts aligned with clients' branding and messaging. She has also established a family legal practice, BSA Law (Fiji) in 1994, and she continues to consult for BSA Law today. Shalini's professional life is her happy zone, and she loves helping entrepreneurs view their legal challenges as an opportunity for personal and business growth, while having fun and learning lots along the way.
