This also means being accountable for managing a team of 40 individuals and a lot of projects to manage…seeking a very big goal to accomplish.

In charge of doing an entire redesign and restructure for Human Resources in Acesso.

We started a difficult task that was to adjust the concept of acting for all the HR employees that at that moment would start to work as business partners for the business.

We started a work of compensations and benefits with one mission only: minimize the perception of "I'm not being correctly paid". So then we started to apply a ranged salary with the correct databases.

Secondly, we started the work of redesign all the processes in HR. Surrounding subjects as payroll and also performance management for the company.

We defined a new way to bring the board closer to all the employees. It was a huge success because we were starting a whole new model of transparency.

Then we defined our new objectives and started the work of being inside and connected with the business. An important role for the business partners to catalyze the needs and to transform than into activities and projects.

We also defined our Leadership Academy with monthly meetings and a lot of things to work on as a unity.

We conquered a time to do Mindfulness with all the company once per week and to deal with mental health in this pandemic moment.

Another thing that we establish was a free channel to approach all the HR topics using JIRA in one of our Slack channels.

Also responsible for creating a data oriented HR that takes better decisions for example predicting how many employees will leave the company or how many will have high performance.

Redesigned the recruitment process in order to have accurate interviews;
Designed a data-driven employer branding way of thinking.
