Chuck Gault is an accomplished production and engineering leader with over a decade of experience in the industry. He has a proven track record of turning business goals into operational and financial success. With an educational background in Manufacturing Engineering and Sports Management, Chuck has a unique set of skills that make him stand out in his field. Chuck's journey began at Newark Academy where he completed his high school education. He went on to earn his BS in Sports Management at Guilford College. However, Chuck's passion for engineering led him to pursue a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Memphis. He also studied for a Certificate in Applied Lean Leadership from the same institution. Over the years, Chuck has held various managerial positions in a number of reputable organizations. He served as an Industrial Engineer at Flextronics, a Manufacturing Manager at Menlo Worldwide, a Lead Industrial Engineer at Jabil, and a Senior Operations Program Manager at HyperMed Imaging, Inc. He was also a Program Manager at Jabil and an Ops Manager at Kuehne + Nagel. His expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma earned him the title of a Black Belt at Medtronic. In addition to his engineering and management background, Chuck has a keen interest in sports. He previously worked as a Part-Time Statistician at the Memphis Grizzlies and as an Event Specialist at Street Hoops.
