Paul Kaminski is a seasoned software/SaaS COO and operations expert with an impressive skill set honed through years of experience in the eCommerce, retail, marketplace, and data industries. With an educational background anchored in Master's degrees in both Droit Privé and Droit et Pratique du Commerce Electronique, Droit des Nouvelles Technologies from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Université Paris Descartes, respectively, Kaminski has the expertise to support any organization's operations, sales operations, customer success, strategic marketing, and legal and financial requirements.

Kaminski's career journey started at ITESOFT, where he worked as a legal counsel before working his way up to the position of legal manager - contracts (EMEA) at Talend. He later transitioned to become the head of legal (50%) and admin (PMO, 50%) at Mirakl and the director of operations (80%) and legal (20%) at ForePaaS. Kaminski has also worked as the chief operating officer at Allure Systems, where he utilized his strong background in legal, operations, customer success, and marketing to contribute to the success of the company's eCommerce and retail clients. He is currently an advisor for operations and strategy at Marjory and ForePaaS.
