Marcy Simon is a seasoned communications professional with a passion for making a positive impact on the world. Marcy is the founder and CEO of Agent of Change, a boutique agency that provides strategic communications and marketing services to mission-driven organizations. Marcy's expertise lies in crafting powerful messaging, developing creative campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Marcy studied at Millburn High School and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies, Communication at Ohio Wesleyan University.

Over the course of her career, Marcy has worked with a variety of organizations, from non-profits to tech startups, helping them to tell their stories and connect with their audiences. Prior to founding Agent of Change, Marcy served as a Communications Strategist at the same company. Marcy is passionate about social justice and has worked with many organizations to advance important causes such as racial justice, gender equality, and climate action.
