Joao Reginatto is a seasoned product development professional with over 20 years of experience in building consumer and enterprise products in finance. As the VP Product and product lead for USD Coin (USDC) at Circle, he is passionate about payments, crypto assets, and blockchain technology, and is focused on building a more open financial world. Joao has a strong technical background and is an alum of the EMLYON Business School and the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul.

Prior to joining Circle, he held several leadership positions at Dell, serving as a software engineering team leader, product owner, and IT architect, among other roles. He also founded and served as CEO of Preludio, a fintech startup, and founded a social bookmarking service called Squid. He started his career as a software engineer at Peta Systems and Meta.

In his spare time, Joao enjoys reading about the latest developments in blockchain and cryptocurrency, keeping up with new technology trends, and spending time with his family.
