Alyssa Palatella is an accomplished Tax attorney who graduated from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law, holding a Master of Laws degree in Taxation, as well as a J.D. and an MBA in Finance. She also holds a B.B.A. in Marketing and Real Estate from the University of San Diego. Alyssa passed the Texas bar exam in July 2018 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November 2018. She has held various positions, including Corporate Attorney, Commercial Transactions at Toyota North America, Inc. on behalf of Workforce Logiq, Account Research Specialist at Real Time Resolutions, Inc., and Administrative Clerk at Law Office of Andrew L. Jones, P.C. Additionally, she has completed esteemed internships such as Compliance Intern at PrimeLending, A PlainsCapital Company and Sports Marketing Intern at the University of San Diego.

During her graduate studies, Alyssa Palatella served as Chief Student Attorney for the Federal Taxpayers Clinic at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and was a participant in the SMU Corporate Counsel Externship Program at Reddy Ice. She is an active member of the legal community, having been a participant in the Bar Association of San Francisco 1L Spring Break Job Shadow Program at Rogers Joseph O'Donnell, and having served as a Research Associate at Risk Settlements.
