Natasha Bell

Natasha Bell is a highly experienced lawyer who has carved out a successful career as a partner at 360 Venture Law (Shmalo Turner), LLP. Natasha has helped countless start-ups and fast-growing entrepreneurial companies define and structure their legal frameworks, enabling them to thrive in a wide range of verticals, including healthcare, energy, insurance, and private equity. Natasha's extensive legal expertise encompasses a broad range of specialties, including entity formation, start-up counseling, private placements, debt and equity financings, mergers & acquisitions, technology licensing, EB-5 investment, business contracts, and retail alcohol licensing. Natasha holds a J.D. in Law from Duke University School of Law and a B.A. in English and Sociology from Emory University.

Natasha has a proven track record of representing entrepreneurs, emerging companies, and blue-chip companies, having spent most of her career providing legal advisory services in a wide range of industries. Her experience includes organizing, financing, and growing businesses, representing public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, and drafting and reviewing business relationship contracts. Natasha has also counseled start-ups and established companies in the negotiation of their commercial transactions and with respect to the RFP process with the federal government and local governments.

Natasha is incredibly well respected in her field, having previously held roles as the Commissioner at Georgians First Commission, the managing member of the Bell Firm, and an associate at Morris, Manning, and Martin. Prior to her illustrious legal career, Natasha worked in community relations as an analyst in the City of Atlanta's Office of City Council President Cathy Woolard.
