Austin Hou

Austin Hou is a highly accomplished engineer and entrepreneur with a diverse background in electrical and electronics engineering, physics, and creative technology. He holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stanford University, and Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park.

Austin has founded multiple companies, including a stealth music industry project and Planetarium Labs, a technology and design firm. He also served as the Co-Founder and CPO of Mavencook, where he led the design and development of the platform.

Austin's professional experiences include working as a systems and protocol designer at Stanford Children's Health and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, as well as an electrical engineering deep space network intern at JPL, which is NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Additionally, he has designed for Open and Greater Rincon Hill Community Benefit District, and worked as a student researcher/data scientist at the SETI Institute and an electrical/materials engineering intern at NASA Glenn Research Center.
