Suvi Latva is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in game development, business development, and ecosystem building. With a Master's degree in Media and Interface Design, she entered the game industry as a researcher studying the implementation of digital games in physical playgrounds. Since then, she has worked on multiple fronts, including business development and ecosystem building in Oulu and Tampere. In 2013, she joined Neogames Finland, where she serves as the Chief Business Advisor, taking care of business relations with Finnish Game Developers and their potential partners. Her responsibilities include investigating the China, Japan and South Korean games market to identify new business opportunities.

A former board member at IGDA Finland and co-founder of MobileMonday Tampere, Suvi has been an active participant in organizing industry events and conferences. With a Ph.D. and MA from the University of Lapland, she also served as a project manager and planning officer at the university.
