- Supervise facilities maintenance in a 350,000 sq. ft. pharmaceutical contract manufacturing facility	Responsible for a team of 9 building operators providing 24/7 coverage 	Responsible for delivery of all critical and non-critical utilities in the building, including HVAC, compressed air, purified water, industrial water, steam	Maintain fit & finish in the manufacturing areas and the office areas	Ensure completion and accuracy of all GMP documentation related to the department	Oversee the preventive maintenance program for all facilities equipment	Liaise with contractors for routine and emergency maintenance	Manage projects related to facilities maintenance and continuous improvement	Track KPIs such as equipment downtime and open work orders	Complete deviation reports and other quality documentation 	Monitor spending and expenses to stay within operational budget	Represent the facilities department during audits by clients and regulatory bodies 	Plan and coordinate extended plant shutdowns  	Comply with all applicable safety regulations, and promote safe work practices
