Gus Brewer is a seasoned recruiting leader who has worked extensively in building and leading high-performing teams. With a particular passion for diversity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace, he has launched efficient interviewing processes and data-driven decision making programs. Gus has vast experience leading global talent acquisition teams of up to 50 people and developing processes to attract, evaluate, and hire talent at Entry to C-Level. He has held a series of recruitment and leadership roles at HubSpot, where he led the Technical Recruiting team from 130 to 1,500 product and engineering employees worldwide. Gus is currently the head of Recruitment at Alchemy, where he works to make Web3 Development more accessible.

With a Bachelor of Arts in History and Entrepreneurship from Clark University, he has also studied Product Management at General Assembly.
