Alexandre Menezio is a seasoned procurement professional and finance expert with extensive leadership experience in multinational and national B2B/B2C companies. He has managed up to R$1 billion annually in acquisitions of inputs and is skilled in strategic tools such as spend analysis, strategic sourcing, total cost of ownership (TCO), procurement excellence, and procurement-to-pay (P2P) processes.

Menezio specializes in the startup and leadership of vertical purchasing alliances for the agribusiness sector (sugarcane and grains) and has coordinated a global procurement integration project, including training events and annual meetings. He is a strong sponsor of partnerships and efficiency enhancement projects inside the company and along the supply chain.

Additionally, Menezio has experience in financial management, including cash management, forex, funding, and valuation. He played a crucial role in the IPO of Guarani (Tereos group) in Brazil and setup of the company's investor relations sector, having carried out various roadshows and conferences in Brazil, the USA, and Europe.

Menezio holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho and has completed several certifications and programs, including the Certified Purchasing Professional at CBEC, the Industry 4.0 in Purchasing Certificate at the University of Twente, and the MBA Executivo at INPG Business School.

Currently, Menezio is the Founder and Procurement Operations Director at Aliança SCA and has previously worked as the Supply Director at Tereos Guarani, Investor Relations Manager at Tereos Guarani, and Financial Manager at SCA Etanol do Brasil. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Market Analyst at Bolsa Brasileira de Alcool - BBA and Acucar Guarani S.A.
