Arthur Woods is a social entrepreneur and advocate for equity and inclusion in the workplace, with a focus on LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity issues. He has been named to both Forbes 30 Under 30 and 40 Under 40 by BEQ, and is a best-selling author and global keynote speaker who has delivered three TEDx talks. Woods has contributed to publications such as Harvard Business Review, FastCompany, and Forbes.
Woods is the Co-Founder of Mathison, a venture-backed technology platform that provides employers with tools to manage their diversity hiring, analytics, and training. He created the first Equal Hiring Index, which assesses and benchmarks inclusive hiring practices. Woods previously led operations for YouTube’s Education division and oversaw YouTube for Schools at Google. He also co-founded Imperative, a social learning platform, Out in Tech, a global LGBTQ technology community, and Social Impact 360, a collegiate social enterprise education program.
Woods has studied at Georgetown University, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and HBS online. He is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, GCT Entrepreneur in Residence, New York Venture Fellow, SAP.io Foundries Fellow, and sits on the Advisory Boards of LIFT and Second Day.
