Currently, Alvaro is the founder of Lidr.co, a tech training platform that empowers future tech leaders by providing them with the necessary tools to succeed in leading tech teams. In addition, he offers CTO-as-a-service consulting to help high-growth tech startups build amazing teams that create great products.

When he is not working, Alvaro is a private investor, advisor, and tech consultant who specializes in innovation, digital strategy, and high-growth tech startups. He also collaborates regularly as a tech mentor in different accelerators and bootcamps and funded entrepreneurship contest StartCamp.
