I am a member of the sales and project planning team, where I guide property management companies of multi-unit communities (100+ units) to solve their long-term building issues and plan multi-million-dollar construction projects.
My team is responsible for sourcing relationships with property managers and the board of directors of community associations in order to secure full exterior re-builds.
I also focus on creating multi-million-dollar project specifications, project estimates, analyze and present condition of properties, present building solutions/pricing options/financial models to the community BOD and management companies.

At MSCI, I was a member of the Index sales team, where I learned to sell with a consultative approach and build professional relationships.
Here I engaged asset owners (pension funds), asset managers, and hedge funds in NYC to explain trends in MSCI indexes and to determine specific investments needs as it relates to index benchmarks and passive investment vehicles (ETFs). Introduced clients to new developments such as hedged indexes, factor investing, and ESG optimized index baskets.
