With over 15 years of experience navigating uncertainty and volatility as an Ironman triathlon racer, LaPorte brings science-based solutions to real-world scenarios to help leaders and their teams take advantage of all the uncertainty out there. She works one-on-one and in team and enterprise-wide projects to help her clients build sustainable businesses, navigating through fast-growth start-ups and legacy businesses' transformation.
