Michael V Michalski is a highly experienced Industrial Finishing Consultant and Trainer who has been selling solutions in various industries for over 30 years. He has worked for some of the leading finishing equipment manufacturers worldwide, such as Binks and Kremlin, and played a pivotal role in launching the first industrial wood finishing school, AWFI.org.

His expertise lies in all finishing application technologies, including electrostatic liquid and powder, and he has trained personnel in various fields to achieve superior finish quality, improve productivity, reduce rejects and rework, waste stream generation and comply with environmental and safety regulations such as NESHAP, OSHA, and NFPA requirements. His working knowledge also includes compressed air systems, fluid handling equipment, paint and powder spray booths, and air make-up systems.

Michalski studied Business Administration at the County College of Morris, and Business Management, Marketing at California State University.
