Chris Skirrow is a seasoned auditor with over 37 years of experience in providing audit assurance services to companies in Canada and internationally. He has worked across a range of industry sectors and countries, including 10 years in Russia.

Skirrow graduated with a BSc in Environmental Sciences from Aberystwyth University and attended Howardian High School in Cardiff. He has served as the Finance and Audit Committee Chairman and Board Member at CESO - SACO, Chief Representative- North America at AB Services, and has been an Independent Director at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology. Skirrow was also a former Member of Canada Eurasia Russia Business Association and Independent Director at MVideo.

Previously a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers CEE, Skirrow led audit work for Consumer and Industrial Products (CIPS) in Russia and served as Assurance Leader in Turkey. He was also a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Canada before his move to Russia.

Skirrow is seeking an Independent Non-executive Directorship, with a focus on leading the audit committee. With his extensive experience in auditing and serving on various committees and boards, he would be a valuable asset to any organization in need of audit assurance services.
