Apostolos Pappas

Apostolos Pappas is a well-known biochemist, food science and nutrition expert, and skin researcher with a vast experience in his field. He has authored several books, including "Lipids and Skin Health" and "Nutrition and Skin," and has served as a lecturer and adjunct faculty member at Rutgers University since 2013. Dr. Pappas is also a member of the Rutgers Center for Lipid Research and the Scientific Advisory Board of Directors for CARF Society. His expertise in skin research and skin health has seen him invited as a speaker at international conferences such as ICBL and ISSFAL. He has also organised and chaired several scientific symposiums, including the "Skin Microbiome Summit" and "Nutrition and Skin" Scientific Symposium. Dr. Pappas has worked as the head of Programs at Nestle Skin Health SHIELD Lausanne and formerly served as Research Manager and Fellow; EMERGING SCIENCE & INNOVATION at J&J, a Senior Scientist- Group Leader Bioanalytical at Munich Biotech, and a Research Biochemist at J&J CPPW.
