Thomas Joos is the Founder and CEO of Hypernova, a company that provides pragmatic growth guidance to agency founders and team leads through in-house training and coaching programs. With a background in economics and mathematics, as well as multimedia from Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen, Thomas has experience in creativity, programming, designing, researching, and learning that he channels into his training programs. Before founding Hypernova, Thomas was the Creative Director and Managing Partner at Little Miss Robot and had also worked as a freelance mobile app designer at Gladiator and mobile technologist at Boulevart.

Outside of his professional career, Thomas founded Creative Leaders and curated Product Design Meetup, demonstrating his passion for creativity and leadership. Additionally, he served as a Strategisch Adviseur & Team Challenger at Jong Voka Oost-Vlaanderen and was also a Management Consultant at his own firm, Thomas Joos.
