Steven Melnick

Dr. Steven A. Melnick is a distinguished Professor Emeritus with robust experience in education, business, and medicine. He is a former faculty member at Penn State University responsible for teaching advanced courses in research design, evaluation, statistics, and other critical education topics. With over 160 published research reports, scholarly papers, and chapters, Dr. Melnick is an authority in curriculum development, school/program effectiveness, and instrument development, to name a few. He is a recipient of several millions of dollars in grants and contracts and is particularly proficient in handling large data sets and providing the statistical analysis of findings. Dr. Melnick is also an expert in grant writing and application, having demonstrated his prowess in leading grant writing teams, identifying, developing and responding to grant opportunities, and managing tasks and budgets. He collaborates with other investigators and consults with educational institutions, government, professional associations, and private businesses.
