Laura Wilson is a marketing and digital commerce professional with a diverse background in strategic planning and leadership. She is currently the Global Integrated Marketplace Leader at Specialized Bicycle Components, where she brings her passion for the industry and strategic and creative mindset to the table. Throughout her career, she has held various roles at Specialized, including Marketing and Integrated Marketplace Manager for Specialized Oceania, eCommerce Manager, Women's Business Development Manager, Equipment and Apparel Business Development Manager, and Marketing Communications and PR Specialist.

Before her time at Specialized, Laura worked as a Senior Account Manager at AJF Partnership, CUBED Communications, Badjar Ogilvy, and Crossing O'Sullivan. She also serves as a Non-executive Director on the We Ride Australia Board, where she brings her extensive industry knowledge and insights.

Laura holds a Diploma in Sales Promotion from the Institute of Sales Promotion (ISP) in the UK and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Technology from RMIT University, where she studied food microbiology, chemistry, and physics.
