Elvin Too is an accomplished executive with an impressive resume spanning multiple industries. Too earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Management, and International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was awarded Summa Cum Laude (1st Class Honors) distinction. He is also an alumnus of Tsinghua University, where he studied Humanities and Economics, and Raffles Institution, where he studied Humanities.

Too has held numerous leadership positions throughout his career, including his current role as Vice President of Consumer Digital at Singtel. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Omnichannel Officer and General Manager of Online at NTUC FairPrice, where he was responsible for implementing an omnichannel strategy and driving the company's e-commerce business. He previously served as Chief Strategy Officer at NTUC FairPrice, where he led strategic planning, business development, and M&A initiatives.

Before joining NTUC FairPrice, Too held various leadership positions at Singapore Post Ltd, including Senior Vice President and Head of Post Office, and Vice President (Chief of Staff) in the Group CEO Office. Prior to his time at Singapore Post Ltd, he worked as a World Traveller and Director of Global eCommerce Market Development at Walmart and as a Senior Product Manager of Mobile Solutions and Corporate Strategy Manager at Microsoft.
