Wander Lairson Costa is a seasoned software engineer with a broad range of skills and expertise in kernel programming, compiler design, artificial intelligence, and mathematics. Costa earned his Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Faculdades Associadas de São Paulo and a Master's in Artificial Intelligence and Natural Computing from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. He has worked in several organizations, including Red Hat, where he holds the position of Senior Software Engineer. Throughout his career, Costa has demonstrated his commitment to continued learning and tackling new challenges while contributing his expertise to various open-source projects.

Costa has also served as a professor at Faculdade FNC, where he conveyed his passion for computer engineering and helped shape the next generation of engineers.
