Brett Baker is a seasoned business development professional with an impressive list of organizations he’s worked with throughout his career. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Business Management, and Business from Occidental College before embarking on a successful professional journey.

Brett has proven his ability to excel in various fields, such as education, renewable energy, sports, and most recently, tech startups. He began his professional career as an 8th Grade Math Teacher at Teach For America and later moved on to teach 7th and 8th-grade math at Aspire Public Schools. Following his passion for renewable energy, Brett worked as a Renewable Energy Analyst at City Hall Fellows for the City of San Francisco.

Brett's love for education brought him back to the field to work as the Bay Area Executive Director at Peer Health Exchange and ultimately as a Director of Sales at Betterlesson. Brett later joined Twitter as the Brand Partnerships - Education Manager and eventually became their Business Development Manager - Data Platform. Brett’s next stop was Nextdoor, where he was in charge of business development. After that, Brett worked as a Business Development Manager at Uber before landing his most recent role as a business development leader at payment technology company Stripe.

Brett’s impressive professional journey is proof of his ability to adapt and excel in various industries. He has developed a reputation for his data-driven analysis, building and maintaining successful partnerships, and creating revenue streams for multiple organizations.
